Holly Hardesty-Yardley brings more than 35 years of executive leadership in banking, mortgage servicing, and financial operations to her role as Founder and CEO of H&M Pantry Foundation. Her career spans financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and organizational transformation, giving her a deep understanding of how to build strong, accountable, sustainable operations.
Holly's nonprofit board service reflects a lifelong commitment to community: she served on the Hoag Hospital Foundation Board of Directors (1999–2002), supporting fundraising for the Women's Pavilion and the annual “Festival of Trees” fundraiser; on the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center Board (2000–2003), where she counseled families through the Adopt-a-Family Program; and she currently serves on the Board of AL2LA, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans.
Holly founded H&M Pantry to turn that expertise and experience toward a different kind of mission: helping individuals and families overcome barriers and build stability through food assistance, clothing and essentials, transitional housing, veteran support, and other life-changing programs.

Matthew Geraets spent more than 28 years in the United States Coast Guard, retiring as Deputy Regional Practice Manager and Department Head, where he led healthcare and support services for more than 14,000 active-duty members, reservists, civilians, and family members across four states. That firsthand knowledge of military systems and veteran benefits is exactly what Veterans Pathway to Purpose draws on, helping veterans cut through red tape and access the support they've earned. As Secretary and a member of the Board, Matthew brings the same accountability and follow-through that defined his military career to H&M Pantry's mission.
